Catering Upskilling Training Programme

In June, we announced the creation of an Upskilling Training Programme for Catering Services. This programme takes place over the next 12 months and trains any team member selected to become a Kitchen Assistant or Cook/Chef within the company.

We are delighted to introduce Kadir, who joined the programme. Kadir joined the team in January as a night porter. His manager saw his potential and offered him the opportunity to join our catering team. Kadir is now working as our nationwide cover chef. The residents appreciate him very much, and they love his amazing scones and the little attentions he has for them! We wish Kadir all the best in his career with Neylons.
