Similar to the HR section of the management system, the Training Records Module provides an exact history of all staffs training and qualifications. The system notifies all relevant personnel when a staff members training is due to expire.

This allows for significant planning and maintains the trained staff at a high and up to date level of competency. This in turn is reflected in the standard of service provided to clients.
