Any contractors or sub-contractor who appear in a facility to do any work must be registered on the facility management system as being compliant, legal and and be able to meet the technical qualifications required to complete any or all tasks.

The Purchase Orders module enables creation and efficient tracking of a PO from the creation stage to receipt of delivery.
Order creators can monitor status of the item, while administrators can review and approve/ reject orders through several overviews.
Suppliers are given a temporary link to allow for both PO acknowledgement and shipping of PO items.
