Success Story from Neylons Recruitment Incentive : Gemma & Martina
When Sonya, our site manager, was looking for a new team member, Martina recommended Gemma. Sonya was delighted to welcome her:

We will start with you Gemma. Why did you choose to work with Neylons?
It suits me as it is so close to home, and I have always had the desire to work with the elderly.
Martina, why did you recommend Neylons?
I recommended Neylons because I myself was recommended by Sonya. She spoke very highly of Neylons as employer, and I agree they are a very good company to work for.
How did you know Gemma would be a good addition to the team?
I have known Gemma for many years, and I knew she would be of good work ethic, and she would be a great team player.
What is your proudest moment at Neylons?
Sharing the Platinum CAP Award with a great team here!

All the staff with Neylons and St. Luke’s are extremely nice and it’s a lovely home to work in. I would like to thank Sonya who is very kind and an amazing manager to work under so far!
Where do you see yourself in 2 years?
Hopefully, I would like to progress and attend the Academy in time.
