From small housing schemes to large-scale commercial developments each builder’s cleaning project requires a specific cleaning programme. A Neylons Cleaning client service manager will visit the site to assess each project’s requirements and draft an action plan.

Builders

Neylons aim is to ensure that the builders clean project is monitored and completed on time and within the agreed budget. Work can be carried out on a phased basis enabling trades still on site to complete their work. Large-scale projects will also have on site supervisors who will liaise with clients on all elements of the project.

On smaller projects supervisors will visit the site regularly to monitor progress and liaise with clients. We can also include polishing and sealing of vinyl and concrete floors and cleaning of all ductwork to deliver your development in pristine condition. All operatives have Safe Pass certification and are appropriately clothed and equipped for working in a building site environment
