Meet our graduates #NeylonsAcademyForGrowth

We developed our Academy for Growth in 2014 so we could invest in our people’s development and promote them from within the company to management roles. Since its creation, over 100 staff has participated in the programme.

We are delighted to introduce our #AcademyForGrowth graduates. They are currently working in a variety of roles in Dublin, Cork, Ennis and Tullamore. Roles range from a general operative in a healthcare setting to a site manager at a residential home to a working supervisor at an industrial plant.  In the last year, they studied 18 modules and learned operational skills such as project planning and budgeting as well as soft skills like performance and behavioural management. They have shown commitment, hard work and loyalty and we are very proud of each of them.
