One of our favourite times of the year is Neylons Academy For Growth Graduation Ceremony. It was very encouraging to hear the 14 graduates sharing their journey, to see them graduating after 12 months of training and now ready for new opportunities.

This year Academy Graduation Ceremony could be summarized with 3 words: positivity, courage and hope.

We hope that Neylons Academy for Growth is just the beginning of an amazing journey for each of our Graduates.
