Neylons Academy for Growth 2020: Meet our graduates
One of our favourite times of the year is Neylons Academy For Growth Graduation Ceremony. We are very proud of our 14 graduates.
Ravi works on one of our Assisted Living sites in Killarney. With his great team spirit & reliability, Ravi is a huge support to his team and his site manager Rodica.
Marius is an assistant manager in Cork. His team appreciates very much his friendly and positive attitude. He is always ready to help everybody.
Dora works in a Private Hospital in Cork. She is a huge asset for her team. Very kind and hard-working, Dora is a little gem.
Paula works in Newbridge on one of our Assisted Living facilities. She is known for being very kind and making the residents feel safe and comfortable. Paula always goes out of her way for others.
Chloe works in a Nursing Home in Cork. She is a huge support for her colleagues and her managers, Ionut and Mihai. Chloe is kind, friendly and brings a lot of enthusiasm wherever she goes.
Serban looks after one of our assisted living site in Castlebar. The residents & the team appreciate very much his kindness and professionalism.
Diana works in Head Office at Reception. She is the friendly face we see first thing in the morning. Diana attended the Academy even during her maternity leave, that says a lot about her motivation!
Shane works in a shopping centre in Roscommon. He is known for his very kind way to deal with people and his hard work. Shane brings optimism and cheerfulness wherever he goes.
