New ISO certifications for Neylons Facility Management
Well done to our ISO Committee on the recent achievements at our ISO Audit:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Standard
- ISO 45001:2018 : NEW H&S Standard Achieved
- ISO 41001:2018 : NEW FM Standard Achieved
A great result for Neylons showing efforts to achieve continual improvements and compliance across four international standards. Neylons are leading the industry by achieving this award and complying to the new FM standard ISO 41001.
Meet the team
Neylons have almost tripled in size over the past 3 years. It was decided to elect an ISO committee due to the growth of Neylons. Each team member brings something unique to the committee.
Martina Conroy
Martina has been part of the Neylons team for almost a decade. She has experience across operations and finance. She has been a site manager, regional manager and most recently expanded her skillset into the finance department. During all of this time she has been heavily involved in Neylons ISO compliance. She has acted as Audit Officer for a number of years and continues to drive implementation of ISO standards in all aspects of Neylons.
Drew Davison
Drew has a background of operations where he has been responsible for a number of aspects of health and safety. His role in Neylons draws an his complex experience to ensure Health & Safety of clients, both staff and visitors, and Neylons own team. He works closely with Anca Neylons training Manager to ensure all staff are appropriately trained for all their tasks. Drew is also Neylons Environmental Champion.
Sandra Walsh Ribner
Sandra is core to quality across Neylons from both her role as Quality Manager and in the delivery of the Neylons Academy for Growth. She meets with all the site managers regularly and is key in delivering the committees ISO educational initiative.
Ciara Gordon
Ciara brings her business development experience to the ISO Committee and focuses on the integration of ISO documents into the every day running of Neylons management team. Ciara focuses on the strategic elements of the ISO and ensuring standards remains as high as it did with 200 employees as it does with 700 today and even more in the future.
