Sylvester Neylon
Since founding Neylons Facility Management in 2004, Sylvie has overseen the transformation of Neylons from a modest cleaning business into one of the largest and most respected Total Facilities Management companies in Ireland. Driven by his passion and enthusiasm for exceptional service, Neylons continues to thrive and Sylvie’s mantra of "putting people at the heart of what we do" remains a core value in all our success.
Maria Sava
Maria joined Neylons in 2007 and her contribution to the success of the company was immediate. Maria has been instrumental in growing both the company and our staff. She used her training in HR and People Development to create our award winning Academy for Growth.
Maria was appointed CEO in 2017 and leads a strong management team in the delivery of front line services to clients.
Mihai Moldovan
Mihai joined Neylons in 2012. From a very early stage he was recognised as being a leader for the future. Since 2015 Mihai has been developing Neylons in South region with great success. This success has led to Mihai joining the Neylons Board as Director of Operations – South Region.
Mihai also retains focus responsibility for the development of our security service solutions.
Kevin Glennon
Kevin has over twenty years’ experience in the engineering field spanning a wide and varied range of industries. Having started his career in the heavily regulated and demanding Aviation sector, he has expanded his knowledge base to include IT, Bio-Pharmaceutical, Laboratories and Health Care industries, in both the public and private sectors. As Technical Director, Kevin has a broad range of responsibilities.
Ciprian Todoran
Ciprian first joined Neylons in 2007 and has progressed to his current position of Director of Operations - East and West Regions within Neylons. In recent years Ciprian has led substantial and sustainable growth of Neylons, especially in the East region whilst continuously developing and maintaining outstanding client relationships.
Plunkett Tormay
Plunkett joined Neylons facility Management in August 2023 and brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, including Board Reporting, Leadership, Team Management, Networking and Time Management. A chartered accountant with an excellent track record and strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify sustainable solutions for business improvement, Plunkett is eager to drive even more success for our team.
Colin Phelan
Colin has been working with Neylons since 2018. Colin brings a wealth of Facilities Management experience to Neylons having worked at senior levels with service providers, end-users and consultants during a career in Facilities Management. Colin coaches and mentors the Board in all areas of strategy, development and operations in support of Neylons ongoing sustainable growth.
