Sylvie brings extensive experience and subject matter expertise to all services associated with Facility Management, having worked with many of the global names operating in this sector, before deciding to establish Neylons in 2004. Sylvie led the company as CEO for 13 years from the front in every aspect of the business with enthusiasm, passion, innovation and compliance. He built very strong relationships with clients by always ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, no matter what the challenge. He now sits as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is actively involved in the growth of Neylons.

Maria Sava

Chief Executive Officer

Maria joined the Neylons team in 2007 and has made a significant contribution to every aspect of Neylons success. Following her training in HR and People Development, she developed the Award Winning Neylons Academy For Growth and assisted in the development of HR and training procedures for Neylons CAFM system. In her role as CEO, Maria leads a strong management team in the delivery of front line service to clients and works with them to ensure all operational and support functions deliver superior right first time service.

Tommy Murray

Tommy Murray

Tommy has an engineering background, with 40 years of experience in General Management, Production, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Innovation/New Product Development. Tommy is an experience board executive currently working with organisations across multiple sectors, holding Senior Management positions in Production, Logistics, Distribution, Procurement, Operations, and New Product Development. During this time, he has been heavily involved in the management of various integration programmes both domestically and internationally.

Kevin Glennon

Kevin Glennon

Industrial and Facility Management Director

Kevin brings to the table twenty years’ experience in the Engineering field spanning a wide and varied range of industries. Kevin started his career in the heavily regulated and quite demanding Aviation sector, which he enjoyed immensely. Since then he has expanded his knowledge base to include IT, Bio-Pharmaceutical, Research Laboratories and Health Care industries, in both the public and private sectors. He has enjoyed the challenges of various supervisor and management roles throughout his career but feels the most exciting stage is now upon him as a role of Industrial and Facility Management Director at Neylons.

Ciprian Todoran

Director of Operations - East and West Regions

Ciprian joined Neylons in 2007. In 2011 he moved to take up a position with one of our clients. He rejoined in 2015 where his welcome back was never in doubt. Since returning, he has continued to demonstrate leadership and great work ethic while leading his team in across multiple Dublin sites. Ciprian has since been promoted to the East and West Regions and is committed to leading his team and the business to even greater success in the years ahead.

Mihai Moldovan

Mihai Moldovan

Director of Operations - Southern Region

Mihai joined Neylons in 2012. From a very early stage he was recognised as being a leader for the future. It is well known when Mihai completes any task, the standard is excellence. Having worked in Dublin, Mihai moved to Cork in 2014 where he has grown the business with extensive contracts and an industrial team. One of the great examples is Mater Private Cork’s recent Gold Cap Award which was achieved under Mihai’s supervision. This success has been recognised with Mihai’s promotion to Director of Operations Southern Region. Mihai has played a large part in the development of Neylons security offering. There is no doubt he will continue to build on his many successes to date.

Sandra Greaney

Sandra Greaney

Director of Finance

Sandra joined Neylons in 2014 and has brought great expertise with added value to the management of the company’s finances. Her expertise spans salaries, tax returns, management accounts and payment of wages to staff based on hourly rates. All are managed and completed with great accuracy. Sandra has recently been promoted to Head of Finance in which she will continue to ensure the company reports on and manages its strong financial position.

Ciara Shields

Ciara Shields

Business Development Manager

Ciara joined the Neylons team in 2017 as the Marketing Manager with the goal to build the Neylons brand. She brings experience from across the glode in the areas of business development, progressive growth and internationalisation. While working in London she completed an Internaltional Growth Programme with Enterprise Ireland and most recently a Fellowship in Innovation with National University of Ireland. Her passion lies with innovation and she was delighted to take on the role of Business Development Manager in 2018.

Alexandra Chiorean

Alexandra Chiorean

HR Manager

Alexandra joined in the Company in 2016 as a general operative in Mater Private Cork. Her leadership abilities were quickly reorganised and in 2017 she was offered a position as a Trainee HR-Manager. This meant a move West to head office where she is now the HR-Manager in Neylons. Alexandra has graduated from Neylons Academy for Growth, learning all the aspects of Facility Management. She holds a degree in General Law and master’s degree in criminal law.

Dan Davison

Dan Davison

Catering Manager

Dan joined the Neylons team to progress the catering side of the company. He manages over 20 catering sites across Ireland for Neylons where he looks after staff, quality and compliance in all areas of service delivery. He has over 20 years’ experience in catering which has included craft bakery’s and a large bakery managing a staff of over 50 with key accounts such as Super Quinn, Tesco Ireland, Tesco UK and Harrods. This experience is invaluable with regard to keeping standards, both quality and of product and kitchens to the highest standards.

Drew Davison

Drew Davison

Health & Safety Manager

Drew was warmly welcomed to the Neylons team in February 2018. After starting as an Industrial Cleaning Supervisor, his knowledge and experience of health & safety quickly moved him to the role of Health & Safety Manager. Drew is very adept at implementing workplace safety procedures and continues to keep up to date with currently legislation affecting the safety of personnel. Drew shows excellent communication skills and attention to detail and has previously been awarded HACCP in food safety and a Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety awareness in the Workplace.

Sandra Ribner

Sandra Ribner

Quality Manager

Sandra is a driven executive with the ability to be detail orientated as well as looking at the big picture. She took on her current role in 2016. In the past she has enjoyed the role of Executive Director of an Advertising & Marketing firm in the states after having attended the University of Rhode Island where she studied liberal Arts & Economics. Her international experience lends itself to being able to adapt & improve the running of the company. She thoroughly enjoys Teaching the Neylons Academy For Growth, and always looks forward to working with new Managers as they graduate. Sandra’s focus has clearly been to build strong productive relationships with the entire national team of managers, in order to better serve our clients.
