First great results for our Environmental Initiative
In July 2019 Neylons was delighted to announce Drew Davison as our Environmental Champion. Drew is working towards achieving a 5% reduction in Neylons carbon footprint as a company.
A really good start for Neylons with a driving initiative to reduce travelling costs & carbon footprint including:
- “driving tips” campaign through Social Media
- use of Skype for meetings
- more systematic carpool
- better vehicle selection
This environmental initiative has proven extremely effective in 2019. Neylons saved 7.5k litres of diesel and achieved a 25 % reduction in carbon footprint of the fleet in the last 6 months.
