Executive Academy: Never stop learning

In 2022, we launched our next stage Academy: the Neylons Executive Academy. This is a 2-year programme including 12 months of subject-based modules and 12 months of mentoring & projects. This was introduced to recognise Academy for Growth graduates who have continued to exhibit outstanding potential and capacity to develop further within our business.

Our Executive Academy mission statement and vision are to identify and develop future Neylons executives, providing a supportive environment to access their talent and become the best version of themselves that they can be while creating the foundation for the future leaders and managers within Neylons.

Neylons Executive Academy Graduates

The Executive Academy is a 2-year programme for up to 12 delegates. The initial 12 months focus on a series of specific subject-based modules. The second 12 months is a programme of mentoring support put in place to assist in embedding and developing the skills and knowledge gained throughout the educational modules.

On June 12th, we were delighted to host our first graduation ceremony. The graduates presented their project to our directors and received their certificate of excellence from the CEO, Maria Sava.
