Neylons use a software system called Flex to manage all the equipment in a facility. The equipment management module in the software completes the following:

• Contains all of the equipment and assets in the facility.
• Includes scheduled maintenance and inspections as per manufacturer’s specifications.
• Records re-active maintenance frequency and costs compared to budget and lifetime value of the equipment.
• Access with user log-in for suppliers to manage their work flow and clients to see SLA’s being completed.
