The key paradigm that unites all these environments is that they are peoples homes and each and every Resident must be treated with ultimate dignity and respect.
Security services are provided by PSA/SIA Licensed Officers to keep Residents safe. Caring Services delivered by Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
Our Catering solutions providing nutritious meals all cooked and prepared within the Residents Homes.
Planning of Facilities Management services is critical, delivery must always minimise the disruption to Residents in their homes.
Failure is not an option for Hygiene, Infection Control & Cleaning in these environments. These environments can often involve close-contact between vulnerable individuals with weak immune systems, leading to an increased risk of infection transmission. Therefore, all cleaning and disinfection procedures must be rigorous and thorough.
Our Cleaning and Janitorial Staff become well known to the Residents and in many cases becoming ‘part of the family’ as they carry out their daily tasks.
Our Neylons iClean Training programme was designed to meet the needs of Healthcare and Assisted Living services, comprehensively meeting the requirements of HIQA.
Whilst planned and ad-hoc Maintenance tasks can often be carried out discretely and on the occasion that a level of disruption is unavoidable, implementing our ‘Code of Conduct’ is paramount to maintain hygiene and safety.
We often work in private Resident areas and ensure all our Staff are Garda Vetted prior to commencing services.
