Neylons Academy for Growth : Rodica Moldovan
The Neylons Academy For Growth is a unique in-house training programme that provides all staff with an opportunity to progress to management level. It was formed in 2014 when Neylons recognised the increasing need for skilled site managers. The Academy is used to train individuals who are keen to fill this need. Click here to learn more.
This week we have one of our graduates from 2019. Rodica is a site manager in Killarney. Read on to learn more about her journey with Neylons and her experience with the Neylons Academy for Growth.

A first job is always special…Rodica started at Neylons as a cleaner on different sites and enjoyed her job. She developed valuable skills through her journey. She learned that good cleaning skills can make an important difference, bring good conditions for a surgery or help the recovery of a patient in isolated room. She learned to work smart by using the right equipment. In 2012, Rodica took pursued a care assistant position for several years. In 2017, she rejoined as site manager and moved to Killarney where her caring experience is really appreciated.
