Our History
Neylons Facility Management is an Irish-owned company, located in Loughrea, County Galway. It was founded by Sylvester Neylon in 2004 and has become an established national provider of Integrated Facilities Management, offering services such as Environmental, Cleaning, Security, Caring, Catering, Industrial Cleaning, Asset Management and Landscaping. Neylons has developed personal relationships with all its clients including the Educational Sector, Private Healthcare, Industrial, Construction, Pharmaceutical and Data Centers.
From Neylons humble beginnings as a cleaning company, it has seen impressive growth and it now employs over 900 staff in a range of positions. These include site managers, care assistants, nurses, chefs, catering assistants, handymen, window cleaners, industrial cleaners, facility caretakers, cleaning operatives and security personnel.
Sylvester has extensive experience with globally recognised names in the facility management industry. He knew he needed to be progressive and innovative to compete in the market. Neylons worked towards offering Total Facility Management services to build their impressive suite of services where they can add value for their clients. They chose to focus on a USP of quality, compliance, and innovative technology.
After leading the company as CEO for 13 years Sylvester moved to the role of Chairman and Maria Sava, previously Director of Operations, moved into the role of Chief Executive Officer. Even with these changes, the core belief of “putting people at the heart of what we do”, allied to our Academy for Growth, has been a key factor in the continued success of the company. Having shown such a focus on the people who make the company what it is, Neylons has won the European Business Awards for Workplace and People Development.

Total Facilities Management
Neylon’s Total Facilities Management (TFM) solution incorporates all service lines from Maintenance, Building Fabric Repairs, Catering, Cleaning and Security. We operate TFM using a ‘One Team’ model that enables cross-skilling and multi-functional responsibilities throughout the various service streams.
Cleaning
Neylon’s offers a range of cleaning services. Our nationwide team of qualified iClean professionals work to exceptional standards to present a pristine environment. Our cleaning services ensure a hygienic environment for all facilities.
Catering
Neylon’s provide high quality catering solutions to a broad range of sectors. Our policy is to provide healthy eating options in all aspects of our service. Our services are adaptable to meet the continuous challenge of client specifications and requirements. Menus are compiled on a weekly basis and reviewed monthly.
