Sandra & Anca, the ladies behind the Academy for Growth
More than just a training and development department, the Neylons Academy for Growth is a unique in-house training programme that provides staff with an opportunity to progress to the management level. It was created in 2014 when Neylons recognised the increasing need for skilled site managers.
This in-house programme is facilitated by Anca Cioloca, Training Manager and Sandra Ribner, Quality Control Manager. They both bring their own set of qualities and expertise to the programme.
Sandra Ribner is our Quality Manager. Sandra is a driven executive with the ability to be detail orientated as well as looking at the big picture. She took on her current role in 2016. In the past, she has enjoyed the role of Executive Director of an Advertising & Marketing firm in the States. She thoroughly enjoys teaching at the Neylons Academy For Growth, and always looks forward to working with new managers as they graduate. Sandra’s focus has clearly been to build strong productive relationships with the entire national team of managers, in order to better serve our clients.
Anca Cioloca is our Training Manager. Anca is a committed executive who embodies our core value: putting people first. After 4 years working as a Housekeeping Assistant in a hospital environment, Anca was invited to be part of the first Academy for Growth program. Her experience on the ground has clearly given her a good insight and understanding of the needs of the team. She really enjoys teaching at the Academy and helping people grow. Anca is focusing on training across all Neylons and building a strong well-equipped team, ready to go above and beyond our client’s expectations.
