Neylons use a software system called Flex to manage all the equipment in a facility. The equipment management module in the software completes the following:
- Contains all of the equipment and assets in the facility.
- Includes scheduled maintenance and inspections as per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Records re-active maintenance frequency and costs compared to budget and lifetime value of the equipment.
- Access with user log-in for suppliers to manage their work flow and clients to see SLA’s being completed.
Through this software and the points above, we make sure that all our equipment is inspected and is getting the most value for our clients.
