Assisted Living Experience needs Care
Neylon’s have the privilege of providing assisted living services to a number of clients. In a recent successful tender, we were asked to describe the culture, ethos and values we believe are necessary for clients to be happy with an Assisted Living Service.
In answering the question, we asked one of our managers to describe his assisted living service to one of our clients. The existing client verified that the answers fully described their assisted living service experience. They were more than happy to confirm this to our new clients. We are pleased to be able to share these answers as our best example of how we deliver quality service in an assisted living setting.
